By browsing this website, purchasing any digital product or engaging with the individual session services offered by Tati Quaglio under the brand The Migrant Being / O Ser Migrante, registered in Ireland as Tati Quaglio The Migrant Being Consulting, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use in full. 2. About our services and products
This website presents two types of offering:
- Digital products: psychoeducational and emotional support materials, including the Survival Guide for Migration and forthcoming products, distributed through the Hotmart platform
- Individual sessions: one-to-one clinical sessions, in person in Dublin and online, provided by Tati Quaglio as a registered psychotherapist
Important notice: digital products are emotional support and psychoeducational materials. They do not constitute the provision of clinical services, diagnosis, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and do not replace professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
3. Access to digital products
Upon confirmation of payment, access to the product is granted immediately through the Hotmart platform, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Access is strictly personal and non-transferable
- Login credentials may not be shared with third parties
- Use across multiple devices is permitted for personal use only
- Access expires at the end of the one-year period, with no automatic renewal
4. Individual sessions
Individual sessions are subject to specific conditions agreed at the outset of the therapeutic process, including cancellation policy, frequency and format. These conditions are communicated prior to the commencement of any ongoing work.
Tati Quaglio practises in accordance with the ethical codes of the relevant professional bodies in Ireland, namely PSI and APCP.
5. Guarantee and refund policy
Digital products carry an unconditional guarantee of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact contact@tatiquagliotherapy.com or submit a request directly through Hotmart. The full amount will be refunded without question within this period.
Refund requests for digital products submitted after 14 days will not be accepted. Individual sessions are subject to their own cancellation policy, communicated at the start of the process.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our digital products, including texts, audio, video, methodology and structure, is the exclusive property of Tati Quaglio and is protected by applicable copyright law in Ireland, the European Union and Brazil. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reproducing or distributing any content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation
- Sharing, selling or transferring access to digital products to third parties
- Using content for commercial purposes or creating derivative works
- Publishing screenshots or transcriptions of content on public platforms
7. Credits for future products (cashback)
Where a cashback offer is made, the credit granted is personal, non-transferable, has no expiry date, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to the conditions and availability of the product indicated at the time of the offer. The specific terms of each cashback, including the amount and the applicable product, are communicated when the offer is activated.
8. Limitation of liability
Digital products are offered as emotional support and informational resources. Tati Quaglio and The Migrant Being / O Ser Migrante accept no liability for decisions made based on product content, specific outcomes resulting from use, or technical issues that are the responsibility of the Hotmart platform.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Irish law and applicable European Union regulations. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal proceedings. The competent jurisdiction is that of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
For clients based in Brazil, we also recognise the applicability of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990) in any aspects that are more favourable to the consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always the one available on this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
